Poor, poor, Mr. Pepper. (or was he a Dr.? Dr. Pepper! ha!)

It could be Dr. Pepper with that little reflector thingie on his top and a stethoscope around his 'neck'. ;) Double your pleasure, double your pun.

I dunno Boots! I forgot to actually say that I liked the thought bubble. Them holding hands makes it plain, but I think the bubble adds an extra touch of humor. I can see where Tgentry is coming from though too.

Oh! You know, maybe what I'm wanting is them to be doing that pose already (perhaps in celebration). Haha, though that might be too much.

Anyway, please feel free to send ideas on over to me! Every time I come up with a great pun, I start trying to imagine it on a shirt and it falls flat pretty quick. :\

so i sit in a cubicle all day and my cubicle happens to sit on a pathway to get from building to building. you would not believe the amount of times i hear people say "i have questions about your analysis...." and i giggle all day long. urinalysis..hoho...

i also heard this conversation on the other side of my wall, both voices i recognized....

male in cryptic sounding voice: "everytime i see you i think about how naughty i've been..."

female in cutesy voice: "i know what you mean, i'm sooooo sore today."

male in cryptic voice again: "i just can't get up for it in the morning like i used too."

i had to stand up and see their faces over my wall.

turns out they were talking about morning workouts with the same trainer here at work....

Happy Beer.

Hey, thanks for the feedback everyone. I kind of like the thought bubble... Maybe if I just take out the heart, the thought bubble wont seem like overkill? Small change, but I think it might make the bubble better.

I know this post will be ignored. People don't like na-sayers!
Are any of you actually googling your ideas before creating or posting them? And how cautious is WOOT about this?
Almost every idea that I had, someone else had done some version of it! Puns have to be one of the most common inspirations for t-shirt designs!!!

Yeah... None of my ideas were that great (Where were you last week? :P) But I PM'd each of you guys all my current Ideas.

I'd appreciate it if you let me know what you thought. I'm perfectly fine with critisism.

Hopefully I'll come up with something better or a chance to pitch ideas again next week.

My favorite pun (but I doubt it could be turned into a clever shirt):

One atom says to another, “Dude, I think I just lost an electron!” The other atom responds, “What? Are you sure?!” To which the first atom says, “Yeah, man, I’m positive!”

El-oh-el, I guess I'm the only one that doesn't like the thought bubble. Well if you're going to keep it, I would only suggest making it either a full on thought bubble or a full on talking bubble, because at present it looks like an odd hybrid. But I still say it's unnecessary. To me it almost cheapens the design which already so effectively conveys the message visually without the aid.

I think I like just the heart rather than just the thought bubble. Thought bubbles seem to be a device you've in a few recent designs (Halloween, National Parks) and I think this design can stand alone without it.

I think you need the heart. Cuz otherwise it's all about the battery. The salt shaker has a suitcase, but it could have been forced. Without the heart, the salt shaker kinda looks completely freaked out. "What did you do that for? I told you I loved you! Now what are we going to do? How do you expect me to run away with a murderer?"

I have no idea what I think about the thought bubble. It's cute, but I'm not sure if it's redundant. Could you just delete it and post for us to see?

I liked the heart. I like the thought bubble, too, but I think the design could work without it (if the heart was put back).

Regardless, I'll be voting and will definitely purchase if it should win...would love to add to my collection of Boots Boots shirts!

I googled the idea when I had it. I saw lots of takes on the pun, but I thought that was kind of to be expected with most puns. I didn't see any that showed "assault and battery" in the way that I wanted to though. I think it should be ok (oh, but who knows!).
