The point is that simply searching a bit harder would have shown all of the above shirts that already exist. And you may not have intentionally done it, but you did it nevertheless. It's frustrating that your design, which as mean as it sounds is completely unoriginal, is taking the place of other designs that don't look nearly identical to shirts that already exist.

I think the voters are absolutely culpable, but that doesn't remove any blame from the submitter.
