I'm guessing it's because the thumbnail doesn't quickly and easily show that.

Kasey, can you change the thumbnail to show more? I don't think the head is the best hook to draw people to it. I think you should include the stop sign and hand.

The one thing I'd mention is I'm a little afraid the kid will be to small on the shirt and hard to notice the expression. But Again It looks awesome and I'd buy!

I never saw this the first time around. I'm glad to catch it this time. The colors are fantastic and the whole concept is wonderfully strange.

Also, the green around his sleepy eyes makes it seem like there might be something in that flower he's been snacking on. Perhaps he's imagining his ears as plants? I could probably come up with a few other interpretations, so this would also be a great conversational piece! I love it. <3
