I believe those are kid sizes...so the opposite of what you'd want. Haha.

Those are kids. Do NOT get her one of those! well, I guess you could. But, I wouldn't really recommend it. My 4 year old has to wear a 6 in these... so unless your wife is REALLY little, avoid the K sizes.

Those are Kid's sizes.

Here's an example. For a form-fitting shirt, I wear a women's XL (WXL). For a more loose, comfy fit, I'd wear the unisex XL. For a sleep shirt I'd prefer the unisex XXL.

But for someone with, well, less cleavage than me but otherwise the same size, the unisex XL would be plenty roomy for a sleep shirt. So it depends on your wife.
