Someone has some serious explaining to do...
(It's Back to the Future, for all of you who don't know)
Back to the future!
Whoa, this is heavy.
Won't wearing this shirt create some kind of paradox?
LOL i like this shirt
huh. just... huh. i'm speechless.
Can someone translate this for me? I'm not into modern Egyptian.
This will need some explaining before anyone really buys it, me thinks.
So what glyph represents the Libyans?
Zeusandhera wrote:Whoa, this is heavy.
There's that word again.
how frustrating not being able to read this? what in the world does this say in plain ole English?
We have FIVE years before 2015. Woot, you better start coming up with flying cars and hoverboards REAL fast.
Nice! Congrats on the print tgentry!
Seriously, I don't understand cream shirts... The only people in the world that can wear cream and get away with it are super tan hotties like Brad Pitt! *cough* *cricket noise*
Is the condition supposed to be "your density" or is it a typo for "your destiny"... perhaps I'm just being dense. Congrats on the print, didn't expect to see this first.
This is awesome. I love the part about driving down the pyramid. How else can you get up to 88 mph in ancient Egypt?
Another Back to the Future shirt to stay on the charts for months and months
colinm09 wrote:(It's Back to the Future, for all of you who don't know)
no it's actually "forward to the past"
This is too cool. And if you grew up in the 1980s and don't "get" this shirt right away, I pity you.
If anyone needs a translator, I found one here.
Yeah...I love Back to the Future and was actually born on October 26th, 1985...and happen to also have an interest in Egyptology... ...but I can't wear a cream shirt; I'm just too pale, it will never work. :,(
damn where is that kid. had to buy it.
This plan seems destined to fail. When the DeLorean reaches the bottom of the pyramid, it'll simply crash into the ground. The angle made between the pyramid and the ground is simply too steep...in order for this plan to work, the slope would have had to have been much more gradual...of course, then the DeLorean wouldn't have ever gotten up to 88 miles per hour...
Yay, tgentry! Fabulous!

It's pretty obvious. The people that act confused by it, are masking their dislike of the shirt through feigned puzzlement.
The Flux Capacitor!
Holy @$%!. I did not expect that at all. Thanks everyone that voted for it! And to woot for fixing the flub in my title.
Nice to see that the title was corrected!

You're just not thinking fourth dimensionally!
It's all Greek to me...wait a minute...

Or people who like to show us what they ate all day.

Yeah Yeah...got a real problem with that.
Waiting in the eve of tonight's release made me anxious, impatient, and eager to see the 1st place shirt! I must say that this Egyptian "Back to the Future" shirt is assuredly creativity at its finest!!
For anyone who is asking seriously, it doesn't "say" anything really. It's not actual Hieroglyphic text, though it does use some real glyphs, it's mostly just glyphs designed to illustrate the plot of the movie Back to the Future, which it does very well, and in a way that, in my opinion at least, is fairly consistent with the Egyptian style that was the goal in this Derby. Congratulations to TGentry on the print.
Great Scott!

BTTF is one of the few movies I have possibly seen more than any other movie in existance. It is a line from the film, where George McFly accidently says "Density has brought us together" instead of destiny.
