Re: No lemon, no melon.
Haha very funny!

i get it. i don't work outside of base 10 very often. for 3, 3x4^0 - 3 times 4 raised to 0 = 3 for 14, 2x(6^1)+2x(6^0) - 2 times 6 raised to 1 plus 2 times 6 raised to 0 = 14 on and on....

walmazan wrote:i love tacos, and this is so hilarious! Well done my friend!
What about cats?;) Thank you walmazan!
sleemo wrote:This Taco Cat seems like a better value. You get more taco than cat.
hehe depends if you prefer more taco or more cat;)
Re: RATS LIVE ON NO EVIL STAR
Kahhh, this is way neato!! I loves me some ratty shurts!!!
xazothia wrote:The little crown is really what makes this for me. And I think pizza dog is cute too. C:
Agreed! Love the little crown. And if this taco cat is king... that's hard to compete with royalty!
Re: A DOG?! A Panic in a Pagoda!
I wondered how this one could be done! Nice... I especially like the pagoda.
Thanks for all of your comments!
Re: Are we not drawn onward, we few, drawn onward...
It's the Final Countdown, with a sailing ship.
The pufferfish and sky on this are fantastic! I wish the little boy was more of a silhouette or something else that makes sense... perhaps a fish or crab that wants to fly, but still, this is really great!
Re: Puff Up
I like how well this one stands on its own without the palindrome.
sleemo wrote:Holy cow those cats are cute...GMV!
These cats are really so cute, but I don't like the muted color scheme. Still, this is an adorable design.
jasneko wrote:The pufferfish and sky on this are fantastic! I wish the little boy was more of a silhouette or something else that git... perhaps a fish or crab that wants to fly, but still, this is really great!
Yeah, I wasn't sure who to put there. I tried it as a silhouette and it just didn't look right, so I went with this.
New and learning. Looks like someone beat me to this, so here's another Mr. Owl.
Re: Taco Cat.
I actually lol'ed for reals when I saw this. You get my vote!
Re: Panda Had Nap
Thanks for all the awesome comments. I had fun making this. At first I didn't think I was going to enjoy the theme but here we all are, admiring a lot of cool ideas. CRAZY!
theinfinityloop wrote:Here's a five color design that will probably make you want to run to the store and grab some deli meat, cheese and crackers--or maybe a dachshund. Just don't eat a dachshund.
Actually it has quite the opposite effect:p Except perhaps, for the dachshund part;) And although it makes me feel even more adverse to deli meat, it is great. I also like the more subtle color scheme and flow on the shirt.
Re: Part of U.S. is UFO trap.
brilliant use of color with the ray of light and staying within 6 colors. great illustration
Re: Do Geese See God
Beautiful!
Re: Mr. Owl Ate My Metal Worm
Really nice. +1
Re: Stack Cats
Cute. Love the posing.
Re: Stack Cats!
The placement strikes me as a bit awkward. The focal area is in shadow just slightly under the, *cough*, bewbs. I wish it weren't as tall, and up higher. I really like the joyful expressions of the cats.
Funny!
oh my gosh...oops i typed it wrong!!! is there any way i can change it? thats not cool!!! ugh now i'm frustrated.
sleemo wrote:That's a nice pagoda!
Looks like I got my cursor in the screen shot in attempt to make a smaller image size, that would not in fact be on the shirt. Thanks for the comment!
I thought this was a pretty obscure palindrome, I'd never heard of it and figured no one else would do it... Nice illustration though
You really did an excellent job of conveying the metallic look.
Re: No Garden, One Dragon
This is really great. You did an excellent job with the coloring, as well as the composition. The color scheme isn't to my wearing tastes, but I still think it works really well with the mood of the piece.
Perfect colors as always. And I'm cracking up right now because all I can see when I look at the UFO is a cute face with a big nose.
Re: Star Rats
Are they at all related to the biker mice from mars?
Re: Doctor! Tons o’ snot-rot cod!
This makes me so happy!!!
jlgish wrote:I worry about how this dog will show up on the shirt with them being so close in shade . . . do you think it would be terrible to do it in 6 colors on a different color shirt to help it pop a little? Just asking, and I'm definitely no designer or artist . . . but I LOVE this little dog and his face. Hehe . . . However, I have gotten some shirts in the past where the design didn't pop as much if the colors were really close.
It will look fine, and not remotely as subtle on a tee.
Oh dats neat.
expected.
I see no reason to believe this will not print.
I love it so much, nice textures, and the execution is awesome! Great to see you here LITTLECLYDE! +1
GMV... I would eat one in a house, i would eat one with a mouse...
xazothia wrote:Great style! This is a lot more wearable than your lobsters from last week, I'd say
Any excuse to draw vermin! I knew that about my lobsters, I just needed to get THAT particular image out of my system. Xazy, I actually am posting another Do Geese See God shirt right now--check it out in two secs.....
sleemo wrote:There's always money in the banana handstand.
CMON! This is the best yo banana boy variant in the derby.
sleemo wrote:Taco Cat is ruler of all Taco Kittens! I hope one day there is an "Animals as food" Derby so I can finally use Pizza Dog for something.
I am sad to say I might be drawn to that derby if it happened. There's something about the style here I like. But maybe I just like tacos too much.
