I like the idea a lot, taking the theme literally, the triangle, the "emergency exit sign" type of figures, and the simplicity. However, I am not too convinced with the choice of color.

If this were my design, here's a couple of things I would experiment with:
- different t-shirt color (laid back, not too flashy - cranberry? asphalt? could be really cool with white symbols on it. or navy with yellow symbols?)
- making the triangle less obvious (e.g. only keep the angles and eliminate most parts of the sides as a "hint" to the trinity)
- using a different color for every figure
- placing the figures outside of the triangle

Note you may submit multiple designs. Like if you really think you have an updated design that is thousand times better than the current one, just upload it as well, as long as you don't flood the page with too many designs. After all, you want to get a large amount of votes and too many submissions from you might decrease the chance that "most wooters" would choose the same submission for their votes.

Good luck!

Re: PROJECT ROUND TABLE

Looking good again this week. I'm not too crazy with the blue backing, but I predict I'll get used to it as I look at it over the week.

I'd still wear it, though. <--- Also had D&D members to impress. Hardyhar.

Re: Awesomer.

Eeehh... I'm trying to justify why I dislike this shirt but I really can't. Like usual from Edgar, it's nicely on theme and the art is "okay"(I use quotations because I think that style is gristle, but others love it).

Something about it just feels lazy to me, like any ol' chump could come up with this and replicate the art fairly easily given only a few moments of thought.
Just doesn't do it for me... That, and I hate-hate-hate squiggly lines(like those used for his torso/apron), it looks childish and silly to me; not in a good way.

Very sorry.

Re: Need for Speed

The only thing that bugs me is the jetpack, for a few reasons... The light source doesn't match with the turtle. The bridge between the rockets looks very off-center to his shell(that really eats me). Also the rockets don't appear to be in line with eachother. Either that, or the rockets' fins are constructed asymmetrically, which would make for a chaotic jetting experience :O

Gotta say, though... This will definitely hit the Reckoning page hard. Oy vey.

Re: Stop the Pigeon, How?

Hardyhar. This is something that wins my vote.
I love the red light sooo much. :o It makes me think that they're in some mad scientist's testing bay, and there's more cyborg dogs behind the one that's pigeon mounted...

Videogame concept? Make it happen.

gabeshockey wrote:Theories are constantly afloat about whether birds evolved from dinosaurs, whether its the exact species or not. There have been recent finds of prehistoric fossils with feathers adding significant evidence that it is possible.

Raptors are typically the species people look at for clues on bird evolution, I believe; whereas pterosaurs remained unfeathered and even may have had hair-like covering. To the best of my knowledge, a feathered raptor(microraptor) achieved glide-assisted flight long before the pterosaurs(roughly 60 million years before). It would be an odd quirk for a species to evolve feathers, lose them(and gain hair), and then evolve them again.

But I'm not an expert. I invite citation or fact-checking to prove me wrong.

Also, I like the shirt. :D

Regardless of what my fellow Wooters think, I love this. I laughed at it throughout the night. Hopefully a few of you enjoy it equally.

I like the artwork, but I find the placement on the shirt a little off-- too high up? It kind of unbalances the design.
