Re: See evil, Hear evil, Speak evil

I am a huge fan of monkeys.

I really like Woot shirts with monkeys on them.

I've bought 4 of them since I joined.
(Trouble at the banana stand, It's a boy!... And a girl!... And a boy!, Mister Bobo - Masonic Dyna-monkey, Sun-Wukong)

I even like the *IDEA* of this shirt... Who doesn't love a monkey with comic book swearing?

The execution is horrible however, not a fan of the monkeys on this one...

Sorry.

Munchy Attack If you can find the name of this artist & real song title I'll buy you a daily woot shirt (your choice what day)

Dystopia Dark Lager, Where the Wild Parties at?, B.A. Bearacus, and many more wanted in XXL(PLEASE!!!)
Edgar Allen Poe shall remained headlock'd until Nevermore is reckoned.

Re: Breakfast Bomb

Ah the 50s. Simpler times. This must have been the world's most shortlived breakfast cereal (but it probably tasted awesome before the deadly mutations kicked in).

Thanks for taking a closer look at my entry in the fake vintage derby! You can see a bigger picture right here.

I like this a lot, but I think I'd like it even more if you dumped the cereal box shape and just put the graphics on a red shirt

The art is way cool. I also like that it's funny, but not to obvious in it's jokiness, like at a glance it looks like it could be an actual vintage cereal.

Re: Star Stuff

Love it. I would totally wear this. Were you inspired at all by the lovely Symphony of Science video in which this quote of his is featured?

I have a T-shirt with a Sagan quote on the back (from my university's Freethinkers club), but I rarely wear it because it's not cut at all to flatter a lady's figure.

You guys earlier were the test market, and I've decided to release The House of Madness in RED. It pops like all anything as it was suggested, so thanks very much for the suggestion.

I get a lot of my inspiration from the 70's and 80's Grindhouse era of films, so I was instantly motivated by the theme to pay homage to (in my opinion) the most kick ass time for the horror genre.

Some of you guys might remember 'The House of Madness" when I submitted it over at Designs By Humans some time ago.
I've reworked the illustration with different colors, and added in the film effects to make it look like a special promotion item for the film. I think it looks even better than my original DBH submission.

The motivation of this piece, as I mentioned over there, was the absolutely awesome artwork that was created for Grindhouse era film posters. I thought it would be cool to bring the House of Madness back for this contest, and coupled with the still in progress, but nearing completion thanks to Mr. CrescentDebris (we temporarily ran out of funds from the film studio) "Zombie Doom Squad" make the 2 designs a special "DRAK DOUBLE FEATURE."

I've had (and am still having, since Zombie Doom Squad is still in production) a boatload of fun with these designs, and I hope you guys, especially the genre fans get a kick out of them.

Thanks as always, and here's the poster:

And heres a link to a larger comp to take a look at the details:
