Re: Inspired By 4 Non-Blondes

I dunno, the last time I had this much non-blonde on my shirt, I had to get it laundered immediately.

Thank you. Part of me is hoping that people are voting on designs they like, not just bands they recognize...

Re: Queens of the Stone Age

I kinda wish there was another queen, smaller, as if off in the distance, to compensate for the plural of the band name.

I am not a fan of the band. I prefer the band the two founding members came from, Kyuss. I would recommend checking them out.

Re: Pedro the Lion

I was going to do this same thing! I scrapped it because I decided that the lion really needed a speech bubble that said, "olé!" Yours is really good, and if it ever gets printed somewhere, I will surely buy it. Especially if you add the "olé!"

While the oyster and pearl is well done, I'm fairly sure this person didn't draw it.

I'm not going to bother linking it, because the effort isn't worthwhile, but it's on the second page of google images for "oyster pearl".

Yeah, I sorta toyed with having another one on there to make it more accurate, but it threw it off for me. I like the suggestion, though. And y'know, I've never actually listened to any Kyuss, but I've always meant to.

Re: Queen

I LOVE it! As a fan of anything with cards and a huge fan of Queen, this is awesome. I don't think the Q will be a problem. It's just one letter. It's not like your writing the band's name or lyrics. There is no copywrite on letters or cards, or at least I don't think so.

I'm the root of all that's evil, yeah, but you can call me cookie.

Re: Freezepop

While they are not mainstream, I first heard them on Pandora, so I hope it is acceptable. Their own symbol are the thin tubes of frozen flavored water, so this is a different kind of freeze pop for Freezepop.

Brad Paisley is a big country rock star, who knew? His band is called the Drama Kings, but he's the headliner. I'm guessing Paisley is always in the promos. I hope you like this.

Re: Queens of the Stone Age

Nailed it. And I love the placement. I could go either way with the plural thing. If there were a couple more queens it might be a stronger reference but I still like this. It is a bit more literal than I think the band would go for but I think the style is very QOTSA. Did you see the art for Era Vulgaris? Plus it's just a cool shirt.
