tjost wrote:I love the droplet pattern on her dress. The black lines on the foreground characters look a little thick compared to the rest of the piece, I'm assuming it was to define the foreground? Great job, just a bit girly for my taste

Hi Tjost! Yes, it is girly to the max! It was let out the girly or not submit this week. I tried to simplify more from what I have been doing lately I thought of you as I tried to simplify.

Always LOVE advice from you, I wish it was easier for my art to appeal to the men , I am always aware of that factor. This time though, so many things were going on I went with somthing that made me happy...just like to participate, it's such a great place to grow as an artist...look at who critiques me? YOU!!! Thanks...

The cracking on the tail bothers me because it's a mix of material, but other than that cool and fun!

tjost wrote:The colors so bright... my eyes Great job on this, my only complaint was mentioned earlier with the fact that the rainbow didn't happen untill after the flood but I'm a stickler on things like that

You are right. But I had to represent the entire story and its most important iconography in one image. If I made a story book and had multiple illustrations I would separate them out.

Or you could just pretend the waters are receding but the land happens to be outside of the picture frame?

I am a stickler for accuracy in retelling stories, too. Which is why I hesitate to watch the new Clash of the Titans. I think I will be annoyed by all the changes they made to the classical literature.

Thanks! That was an issue while designing it. I looked at some anatomy diagrams, and it seemed to me that the human heart is a lot more centered than I would have thought. But most people, including myself, believe it is off to the left. I tried to compromise and put it somewhere in the middle of what is medically accurate and what I feel is more popularly believed.

Thank you, SnowQueen! Hopefully Dracula will find the treasure and mean old Long John Silver can't have it.

I am a little confused about the choice to make the legs two different colors - is it related to one of the stories in some way?

Really great upgrade from version one. The gravy and the peas have a great gloss to them. The shading on the potatoes is great - it gives them a great lumpy feel.

Don't take it too hard if this gets rejected. Always google your idea first to make sure it's original!

My favorite version of this shirt (that I've seen) has the verse:
I would not, could not kill a king
I would not poison anything!
