Hi blackfoxx12 - This is indeed an eye catching design, but I think I have seen a very similar "dandelion birds" tee before.

It is a good practice to check Google images first, and see if any artwork/shirts are available that display the same basic concept.

It is a pity to put so much time and effort into transforming your idea into a printable design only to find out that the similar shirts already exist.

Also blackfoxx12, it is also a good practice to read all of the derby rules before you submit...there are fewer rejections that way.

Good luck...the talent that produced this design will do very well at shirt.Woot. I look forward to your future submissions.

The concept is that it's a giant robot with factories built on top of it, so the people who control it move it around the earth and use it to sap natural resources.

This illustration depicts the robot no longer operational (The Beast Sleeps), and tress and nature are growing around and on top of it.

It's essentially a happy ending scenario were Mother Earth has triumphed, if that makes sense.

good luck with this design, but even if they let the color go assuming baby blue, the faded blue spots around the collar and up on the shoulder if they are inks are outside the printable area. and then as others said you are bit close on the right side. and as caped stated you could get hit for use of photo.

seriously though, good luck with it. just don't take it personally when the rejectionator takes it out on you. =)

okay seriously? stop picking it apart. there's no color on that but black. i just got a bad picture of a shirt and got it as close to baby blue as i could. the print ready one is the right color.

No need to be so defensive. People are trying to be helpful. It's a nice design, but at a quick glance it looks like there's multiple reasons it could potentially be rejected. It doesn't mean those reasons are correct, but sometimes the rejectionator doesn't read through the thread to see that what looks like just turquoise is actually baby blue. They're just trying to give you a heads up. Feel free to ditch the attitude.

I like those bits of the shirt color showing through,this is a nice design and very different from your other stuff, it looks like something a crunchy granola type of person would wear...(or a regular person!) Do people say "granola" anywhere but here in Vermont? Well it means kind of hippy-ish...which is to say, very stylish, you made a stylish shirt!

2 be honest i did it in like 10 min. I was just drawing with my wacom and figured.. Why not submit it. I noticed it wasn’t clean and just said "why not". I see stuff on here all the time that i go "really ... this has that many votes... it’s just scribbles on a warped template=)” and those ones beat my designs that I spend hrs on. Still trying to figure out what the woot crew really wants

This is a great way to figure it out...I am glad you are having fun with your new tablet! I know that some very simple ideas go pretty far around here(woot), this quick drawing of yours would sell like crazy to all the crunchy granolas around here(Vermont). That term isn't a bad term, justa lot of earthy types around here!!(In Vermont...lots of gift shops, maple syrup and shirts like this one you just submitted) And it would sell in these pricey stores .

I hope you make more designs like this and submit them and I really like those bits of shirt color showing through on this one.
