Since it was rejected by woot, you might want to try getting it printed somewhere else since there's demand right now. In fact one of the woot posts came from someone who had a shirt press but "can't in good conscience steal someone else's work and reprint it" so you might want to contact him.

That's how he/she draws things. That's their style. You shouldn't expect people to change their style with every single shirt.
Also, I could tell, right away it was Mario.Some turtles do stay in their shells, (including SSB) and if they looked just like Koopas it would be pegged for copyright.
