AWESOME!! Love this - the colors are a great change from your typical "band shirt"

Cool design. :^)

Thank you soo much, I had a lot of fun making this. :D

I like 2 colors as well, I hate over-doing it and cluttering the shirt.

Would you kindly...

Josephus wrote:Hey, I'm not one to hide, myself. So I'll ask you, how is this about the de-evolution of man?

Woot's definition "de-evolution: the regression of mankind itself"

Mankind evolved to the point of putting men in space and on the moon. Now we are regressing by shutting down the US manned space programs. In theory, the Russians will get to Mars by 203X while the US thumbs a ride. I argue this is regression.

Sorry if I snapped earlier.

But why does it remind me of a past president, lol

All-around my favorite entry so far. Love the monkey's posture and the line usage for shading. Also, the fading/repeating text in the background is perfect.

Re: SapienciDE VOyage - The trip that ends humanity...

"Sapienci" and "yage" are in halftone and hard to see in the thumbnail. They are a little enhanced on the shirt comp to show placement. They are meant to be subtle and will be seen as someone gets closer.

Thanks for your votes and feedback.

Note I'm not saying that it's "stolen." From what I have read the dinosaurs in Dinosaur Comics are royalty-free.

In 2003, North began his comic strip, employing a cheap, royalty-free computer clip-art CD he had originally bought circa 1995.

However, the derby rules do state that "everything else in your design must be original," and I don't think clip-art (even if it is royalty-free) would count as original. Just my opinion.

This was one of those things where i loved the idea but was just so annoyed drawing it. Hopefully it does well as I really liked the idea.

If people are stuck it's one of those car model (or any model) sheets where you break the pieces out and assemble. I hope that made sense.

I am impressed with the random spots on the dog looking, at a glance, like the Apple logo.

Aaaargh, I submitted the wrong version. I'll submit the version with the required branding in a minute, if it ever uploads. PLEASE VOTE ON THAT ONE AND NOT THIS ONE, because this on will get dropped.

My screw up, sorry. And thanks for the votes.

It's a really neat concept... but I'm worried. You're displaying evolution of tech more than devolution.

I see there are a number of Chimpanzee / Devo submissions already, but hopefully the rubix cube, which is what this stock market analyst plays with while at work, and the 80s brick cell phone puts this one over the top.

It's suppose to allude to how business and business attire is creating a scenario of de-evolution in the individual.
