It is incidental text, because it is on the sign. I'm pretty sure they meant no text directly on the shirt. For example, these designs have (similar) incidental text, both on signs.

i like that idea and i fiddled with doing something like that earlier in my sketches, but i barely finished this and now must go back to the world of the working =( but when i get a chance this weekend i might add something to it, i like this as a print so i might sell it in the future. thanks for the comment! =)

i actually agree with you, but i think most people shy away from designs that are huge blocks of ink cause they dont breath well. Im gonna make a print of this later, i think, and i promise to fill the whole page! =D
