Let's break it down:
A pun is, in the simplest definition, a play on words (more specifically, this). Look at the image. There's a soup can on there. Mr. Walmazan wrote "super" in reference to the image. "Super," spelled funny or going portmanteau-ish, was made "souper" by Mr/s. Parrotworks. Like soup that is... super. So, "souper" refers both to the word "super" and the soup can in the image. Mr/s. Parrotworks thus made a pun in appreciation for Mr. Walmazan's compliment.
