The thing that gets me is that, why do they really care if its similar to another? It's not like you can buy that other shirt anywhere. And its not like they do the classics anymore for them to resell them. Maybe someone else can do it better? Or a different take on the idea? I say unless its a blatant rip of someone else's work, then live and let draw.

Yeah, unfortunately you used a black shirt (or in your comp it could be asphalt, can't quite tell). This week's derby rules excludes the usage of black shirts.

And here I thought it was about camouflage. The first one is happy because he can hide amoung the leaves. The second one is looking for a place to hide amoung the leaves. The third one went to Mary Kay to buy a makeup that would help him hide in the fall leaves, but the chemicals just don't stay on his skin long enough.

here here! in all honesty i had no idea that the idea was taken...and on top of that, by having the same theme, wont the same ideas surface? im sure if we go back to that derby in question we can find similarites to this derby, not just my drawing.
