The woman and deer are drawn well, but that background is what's really gorgeous. Since the style of the woman and deer are so entirely different, I feel like they don't really belong there. I actually think the shirt would do better without them... or if something else was drawn there in the same style as the background (but a little brighter so it stands out). They're not badly drawn, I just feel like they don't belong.

Thank you for all the support so far!

Some info: I've just started drawing shirts with brush pens (all of them until now have been solely with a tablet). They're zombtastic pens and I think they've been helping my linework. But the reason I submitted it so late was because of the time it took coloring all those leaves. There's 4 colors on the leaves not including the black, all dark colors, no halftones. The eyes are a far brighter color, so that should mean they'll stand out a lot if printed.

I have to say, I couldn't wear this design. I work at a nuclear power plant, and the workforce is predominantly men. I need a shirt that draws two circles around my boobs like I need a hole in the head. Sad, because I like it.

yes i think the changes are good, i add some leaves, changed the color scheme,used all the print area and tried to avoid the things you know hahahaha, but perhaps it's too low you're right ....

really nice Paige i didn't know you was designing, i agree with the previous post, and also, perhaps the tree could have been more integrated , seems to me that some ground is missing.The blue effect and leaves have a cool windy feel.

@miquelfire, you may be onto something. There does seem to be a cruel streak in my designs ever since Cuteness Overflow. Haha.

@paigeg & chumpmagic, I knew the biting action is what would make this work or not so I did my best to emphasize it. Glad you like it!

@scionofjubal, I kept the background quite faint so that it added a little foresty depth but wouldn't fight with the very solid foreground elements. :^)
