The following is a public service announcement:

I bought 4 different lip protector type things for my lips...
It seems that chapstick medicated works best.

I think.

I'll continue the test drive.

They LOVE other dogs junk.

Smell it

Lick it

They have been seen smelling pee as it is coming out.

Drink it like a water fountain, although once it hits the ground, it is just for smelling and peeing on top of.

Although it isn't as common, some dogs will smell poop coming out too. I know at least two dogs who will rush over for a fresh sniff.

It is really funny to watch dog owners who don't know the ways of dogs, react to all of this! Usually the same people who get embarrassed by the humping.

I would guess they lick balls too, but none the rescue dogs have any. It seems only the rotties, pit bulls and some shepherds have balls anymore.

Time to bake a cake..

I think I'll try the fluffy one. Interesting in that there is no shortening, but lots of liquids, hmmm. I hope it comes out well enough to ice.

It's Friday?

//runs away

Evening PWA! Hope everything is well with everyone. That halls are getting decked and shopping is getting done without too much stress.

Edit: A Big Welcome and hello to klozitshoper. Almost feel funny saying that considering her/his join date is back in 2004 and they were here long before I was. lol I didn't read that anyone asked the general post whore's questions. Were they here before and I missed area, sex and such or we don't know anything yet?

BTW: I love his/her name. I know many guilty of it including myself.

D'name, your writing was entertaining. Now to figure out who went to prison and whether it was Cruzer or GEG that fell into the volcano.

Present and accounted for. I've just been busy with holiday things. I did post on lp I think Sun. or Mon. and signed in Wed. night to check PM's, but didn't have time to post or read on threads. Think I'll take a nap now before I knock more off my to do list.

Hi lp!

Snowing, just flurries. Which made the night walk nicer than the day walk.

No doggies out yet.

Oh well. Maybe when we get back from dinner.

Well, found out something new today. A few weeks ago a friend told me (and she had just found out) that when you have those jolly sticky price tags, et cetera, on stuff, just use a hair dryer to heat them up and they come right off. I've used Goo Gone for years, but hate the smell of it and it's messy. Tried it tonight on something I bought today and it worked slicker 'an ....

Well, another day has passed and I didn't use algebra once.

I hope it comes out of the pan, it was a mix in pan cake. I don't normally do those. We'll see. Orc says if it doesn't come out we'll have to eat it while I bake another one, I guess that wouldn't suck so bad.

Uh, gee, thanks, but I'll pass.

The person who makes us cookies in exchange for the pecan pie at Christmas just called and asked if the 18th was okay, or did I need them closer to Christmas. She seemed to be under the mistaken impression that we shared them. Silly woman.

Cake broke when turning it out (ok it stuck, I figured it would, but the parchment floated into the mix and out of place before baking so we hoped for the best). CAKE IS GOOD! I don't like chocolate cake and this one is pretty good, very fluffy, very moist. Saved the big pieces, kids are licking out the pan. Ver3 knows he is missing out, but no cake or chocolate until after his first birthday, poor boy.

When the pan is washed I'll start over, it was easy to make.
