I'm just upset with fedex at this point. It says they received the package on the 2nd and shipped it on the 3rd - yet the estimated delievery (which has been pushed back twice) - is set for the 11th... that's super dumb.

I'm only 3 states away

At least you have a status to track. Every time I try to use my tracking number it says it cannot be found. =/

Same here. Got a tracking number Monday afternoon and fedex still says Not Found when I try to track my shirts. This is ridiculous.

Give your tracking another few days to update with movement. Please let us know if you don't see any movement on your tracking by Tuesday and we can attempt to send you a replacement.

Really? That's all they can tell me about the order? Not a "hey it shipped on X date" and should be delivered within X days? C'mon Woot. People are getting their orders and I can't even get a simple ship date.

Yep, I agree. I had the same issue (FedEx not recognizing my tracking number) and emailed woot a few hours ago. They got back to me with a resolution already.

What was the resolution they gave you? The quote above is the email response I got and although I appreciate being told they'll ship out a replacement order if I don't get tracking by Tuesday, it doesn't seem like a REAL resolution or help since my order should have shipped already.

No, they said that my order was never shipped out, so they'd send it out expedited. Perhaps our orders have different issues? Or maybe they can hear my 6-year-old whining "Where are my raaaaandoms?" all the way in TX and took pity on me.

I had the same apparent issue with FedEx not showing any information, but all they told me was to keep checking FedEx and if it doesn't update by Tuesday to let them know.

Total Woot Fail IMO.

SOOO happy with the two shirts I got this time around. They're usually for my kids, so I always feel like I'm holding my breath when they arrive, scared that they will be in bad taste for a child.

I really love Woot!, but this is some serious reindeer scat.

My tracking number is finally working, should be here on the 13th. Wow, just wow. This is probably the last time I'm ever getting a Woot shirt again. The last shirt took a while, and almost 3 weeks for a shirt is not going to cut it (assuming it even gets here on time).
