Shirt.Woot

Well, I went ahead and ordered one, since it's not like I'm screwed with the shipping, and then immediately sent an e-mail to service with my order number asking them to change it to three if they change the sale later on.

Worst case scenario, I get one. Or wait, maybe it's if I get three. Now I've confused myself.

The good thing is that I was actually thinking earlier today how I was kind of sad that Christmas is on a Saturday this year, since that precludes randoms. Well, no, the good thing is that there are randoms anyway, whatever the number.

Just bought three. Hooray for patience :-D

Just got three. Figured it was a temporary bug.

Also, in the last random shirt order my boyfriend and I both partook of, for the first time ever, two of our three shirts were the same. All of the shirts were awesome, and some rather old (Exercise: some motivation required for example) so we didn't really mind.

!!! Waited a while for the random shirt. I'll have to wait til mornin' to woot it, though.

Just in for one, I guess that's enough for my first Random! Anxious to see what I get.

I saw your post from the forums. It's possible the first person who responded, tried to fix the problem but met resistance either within the billing system or due to the amount of orders, were simply unable to process the change because they ran out of your size. It's happened before to people and I get that it's an inconvenience, but at the same time, these are $6 buck tees you're getting that you'd otherwise pay $10 for... $15 if you waited past the first day because you couldn't decide if you even liked it or not.

I have ordered A LOT of tees from woot (not including the multiples of my own prints for family/friends). Accidents happen, orders get lost & money needs reimbursing/new tee sent out... or tees are damaged... or orders aren't placed correctly and the product can't be filled. I've had all the basic CS issues at one time or another. If they can fix it, awesome. But if you are flipping out about a tee you don't know if you'll even like when it comes in, because you blew a fiver plus on it, maybe you need to think about what's really upsetting you. Because I can tell you, I've gotten randoms multiple times with tees I'll never be caught dead in.


Those tees, I just trade on TeeTrade.org and recoup my losses.

question marks are passé! We need a blurry interrobang shirt. It would combine random? + woot! to create very expressive progeny.

The reason I suggest ShirtWhat.com at all is because it shows them all uploaded on one page in one view. No waiting for woot servers to upload 20 tee icons per page through the community tab.

I can well understand the frustration. OTOH, if you're looking for something from, say, last August -- the Community tab keeps things anchored to dates....
