Why imitate an ugly sweater? My grandparents won't wear this in non-sweater form!

Now I can dress the part for when I get together with the relatives later.

such fine craftsmenship. I'm sure the embroidery work took hours on each one.

Nah, that's why they employed street urchins from far away countries to do them.

I wore last year's version to a holiday party last weekend - it was a huge hit. This one is great as well, but the timing makes it a difficult purchase...

I'm so sad because I don't have the money to get this. I love the ugly Christmas shirts. Hopefully I'll get some Christmas money and can get it before it's reckoned.

How many little polyesters had to give their lives in the making of these shirts?

Exactly how is one supposed to sweat in short sleeves?

Great, just in time to get it two weeks past Christmas. Thanks, woot.

Hmm.

Shall I mourn Aunt Norma's passing or rejoice over Otis' relief of ugly sweater syndrome?

Both mini travesties I say... (I like the sweaters :D)

My avatar needs an eyebrow wax...

Get it now and you'll have all year to anticipate wearing it during the entire Christmas season next year.

I'm actually tempted to buy this and overnight it. Is that wrong? Am I abandoning prinicples if I were to do so?

I get a sweater for Christmas every year, even though I keep asking for a screamer.

I'd love to get this for a cute Wisconsin girl born March 4. I couldn't get it to her by Christmas. Do you think she'd wear it on her birthday? I know, kinda out of season.

I'll pass - this is only a product of the knitting circle at the State Hospital for the mentally insane, NOT the (elite) knitting circle at the State Hospital for the criminally insane - now those dudes produce some edgy sweater designs...

Don't worry, I'm uncomfortably close to buying this overnighted too. Fear not, fellow Wooter!

Allow me to break down the symbolic nature of the shirt.

See, we all hope for awesome toys at Christmas time. Whether we be children longing for action figures and dolls, or the more grown up variety yearning for "toys" such as gigantic flat screen tv's and blue-ray players.

This shirt provides us with the t-shirt version of that disappointment we all feel when rather than said toys, we get articles of clothing such as socks, underwear, or in this case-ugly sweaters.

Besides, if woot got you that BB gun you've been asking for you'd just shoot your eye out kid!

What you left out was the word 'sea'

100% American sea urchins... they're already spiky and can easily sew the detail into the tees.

Then they become delectable tidbits to eat once their finished with their quotas... earlier if they've been naughty. Mmmmm...

Reindeer with sleigh bells and snowmen with green caps,
Striped candy canes and red ribbon bow wraps,
A holiday Woot shirt with fake woolen strings,
These are a few of my favorite things!

Even Santa wanted no part of ugly sweater shirt! Unless he ran off to the backside...

I wish! I didn't buy the 2007 version, and I've regretted it ever since. This year I loved having both 2008 and 2009 to wear.

Agreed on the shipping part.... but I stupidly put the wrong zip code. Hopefully they get my email and fix it in time!

I have seen much uglier sweaters than this depicts. This is more loud and festive.

But if you think it's ugly, you can save it for next Halloween!

I've purchased the ugly sweater every time and I have no intention of EVER wearing them.

I don't know why I just bought this one... sigh, must be an addiction.
