I love my kindles. So nice for travel, so much cheaper, and less to store. I still buy 'real' books, but only for specific authors.

There are a few authors/series that I collect in hardbound, and have signed by the author when I get the chance.
And I think most non-performers will have to look it up!
Edit: Just pre-ordered the newest Terry Pratchett book, Snuff. I will also purchase a book if it's not available in Kindle, but it bugs me to do so for books that I don't want to keep long term. Need to start visiting the library!

Yes, you can move any books you've downloaded onto your kindle. You register the kindle to an amazon account, and use the 'manage my kindle' feature. My sister and I share an amazon account, so we can share kindle books.
