This new thing with restaurant coupons where it's "One per table" seems really Jatravartid to me. I was under the impression the point of the coupon was to bring people in to try the restaurant. If you could use two coupons, I'd invite another couple to go with us, but I won't do that if you can't use two. I'd be somewhat embarrassed about it.

It's always 12 - or supposed to be. 4 at each table. We had ghosts because 2 people were late, and 2 couldn't come. It's always interesting when a ghost is playing

I'm waiting for some grass seed to take. Nothing so far. The guys who put in the sprinkler system said about a week, but nooooo.
Plus then the lawn guys came and most likely messed up the sprinkler seed, then added their seed.
Between Rusty and trenching all around the tree roots for the sprinkler pipes, it is muddy out there!

I was thinking of putting in zoysia grass, but it needs full sun.
We only have a small area with full sun. 80% of the lawn is part sun, or shade.



Hummmm, I wonder if I can convince the town to put zoysia in the park. Full sun. Doesn't need a lot of water. Football guys wouldn't be able to kill it with their cleats.

I absolutely hate zoysia. Neighbor across the street put in plugs years and years ago. It's spread to two neighbors on their left, down the hill and across the street to another neighbor. So far, not us. You can't get rid of it.

Cracked me up last year - when I was driving my '98 trooper. Pretty sure the warranty had long since expired on that hooptie.

I guess we're lucky. We only get a call about once a month. My m-i-l does, too. There ought to be some way to stop this outfit.

We screen all our calls. If we don't know the name or recognize the number, we let it go to voice-mail; if it's important, they'll leave a message.

When I read some of the stuff on Google, the caller ID frequently lists a business or a person they do business with. There's been some hacking done.
