Maybe it's a mourning dove.

This reminds me of the Northern Saw-whet Owl, which can occasionally be found in the daytime, despite what this website says. It's not uncommon for other birds to scold the owl, as if to say "what are you doing here now?"

Well, I'm glad I got woke up by an altercation outside my window sounding it might escalate with gunfire. My daughter has an owl fetish, she will love this. Cute shirt, congrats Jasneko.

I like the word crepescular, fun to say:
of, pertaining to, or resembling twilight; dim; indistinct.

This shirt reminds me of We Sing the Forest Electric, A Grickle (Graham Annable) classic.

Jasneko! Jasneeeko! Jasneeeeeeeko!

::everybody chanting::

Great win. I love your restraint. I covet it. :^) Using the birds color for the owl's eyes for instance keeps the palette low and it also works perfectly to make him look tired.

Working thirds, I can relate.
The only up side is that I am awake when Woot changes products. Even at 1 on the East Coast.

Working overnights, I know how the owl feels. I have two evil macaws in the room next to me, and the dozen neighborhood children play in the street right in front of my window.

I see no staff. How can you determine that the stems are going the "right" way? There's nothing to tell you what's supposed to be going on musically, only that there IS music.

EDIT: Nevermind. I see what you are saying, now.

Congratulations on the print!

I hope the rest of the shirts this weekend are this good.

I think it doesn't matter, human or owl... If you like sleeping... Most birds are real jerk-faces.

Per ThunderThighs in EBW:PWA, she's ok. A bit of shaking and rattling, but nothing major where she is right now.

I get my best sleep from 7am-noon. Unfortunately, having an 8-5 job, I don't get to sleep then. I miss my college days when I used to wake up at 2pm, work 3p-11p, and stay up until 7am.

Mom and I have always been night owls. Too bad I didn't think to buy her this shirt before I ordered mine!
