Ok, this design is *dunching* awesome, but I think it would be MUCH stronger on the beige color instead in a box on the red. Maybe give it a try and check out how it looks... Release the Kraken!

Not a reference, not familiar with Chibi Robo, but as far as I can tell the only similarity is a tiny robot?
