I definitely won't be spending any money this derby. NOT a zombie fan.

A bunch of people are playing "Humans v. Zombies" this week on my college campus, which makes for some great entertainment!

My son loves Zombies...lucky for me next Friday is payday!

BTW...please please please let the Ladders - Zombies Can't Climb Them shirt rise to the top of the next Honorable Mention derby!

taking a week off for this one. I prefer the living.

I'm not so sure about this one. I don't have the zombie skills that others have. Not really my style. I'll have to think on it and see if I can figure something else out.

Don't care for zombies, although I like Rob Zombie and White Zombie.

♫Anyhoo!♫ Too bad about no resubs, there were some top knotch zombie T's in the previous derby by Drakxxx with the treehouse ladder and the "Shotguns: Because Zombies are REAL!" I would've worn that.

Personally, I don't get the zombie thing. What is the appeal? I don't see it.

just when i needed to take a break and sit out a week, you bring up my favorite thing...are you doing this to keep me around this week woot? ;) while i dont know if ill have the time to sub anything, i am looking forward to seeing some of my favs bust out some awesome zombie action. hopefully ill be buying all three shirts this go around.

on a similar note, if anyone is in the area of newport beach at the end of the month, go see DEADHEADS!

Mine too... I was playing until I realized I had two exams and a paper due this week and didn't have time. I wonder if we go to the same school O.o

Well, it looks like I can confidently say that I will be saving money this week.

Looks like its a week for some of us to work on daily entries.. or other neglected projects. But that's okay, I need time to figure out my new drawing tablet!

Zombies are fun. That's about all I can say. Trying to explain the appeal of things in general is a pointless endeavor.

All that said, I prefer them in movie form.

I'm not COMPLETELY averse to zombie shirts (I own precisely one: "The Horde" from Threadless) but I have my doubts that this derby will produce something I'll want to buy.

It is an oddly uncharacteristic parody of the Christian reasons for celebrating Easter.

But I guess most people just think of the secular side of Easter with the bunnies and chocolate.

I love zombies!!!! I own 4 shirts and I would love to go 3 for 3 next weekend. However, I have no hope whatever in the derbies anymore.

Any chance we can get the "No anthropomorphic animals" enacted for this derby as well? And possibly semi-regularly in the future as well?

Jesus is a zombie...he came back from the dead! I think I may have short-circuited my very Catholic grandmother's brain when I pointed that out to her. I then ran away as fast as I could.

I'm curious how many Zombie Jesus (or similar) designs we'll see... and how many will make it past the rejectionator.

That said I love zombies but given that I already have Acquired Taste, it will have to be something really cool to get me to buy another one.

On the other hand, Godiva makes chocolate bunnies now. Godiva is derived from the Old English name Godgifu which is "God Gift". And now all I'm thinking about is...yum...

I have been looking for an excuse to revisit this design.

Disco is Dead!


I think it was sub as a daily, but I know it was never sub for a derby... don't know if that counts or not.

I know I have to get rid of the text, and I think I am going to add a background with a disco ball and a silhouette of more zombies dancing in the background.

Thoughts?

I have a few other/ new ideas up my sleeve that I want to work on first, but I would like to hear your thoughts on this.
