Are you kidding me? There will be no trademark problems with a generic red fry box. Sometimes you people are crazy nit picky... Tell me you knew this McDonalds link before hand and didn't actively go searching for it when you saw this design.
Maybe a resubmission with a flat line across the top &/or bottom of the box should be done?

But like you said knowing the topic, and with the shirt title, you were able to deduce that they were warning/caution signs for a ride. Also, the sign with the girl holding a balloon was intended as a height thing and a no balloons as well, that's why there are two arrows... yeah that's it, I meant to do that ;)

Well here is my resub. I didn't make just the "certain body types may fit properly" as the thumbnail, as suggested. I also added a few more designs, a couple common and one funny not so well known one. Knowing the topic, title, and majority of the signs being very commonly associated with amusement park rides, Woot won't give me the rejection boot this time. Especially since there are an even number of female and male signs.

I don't know about the rest of you but waiting in line for a ride I always enjoyed reading all the cautionary warnings... because most of them are just common sense and it cracked me up to think they NEEDED to say these things.

I really like the design. I think I'd like it even more if it was on a dress instead of a shirt. A nice summery short loose dress. Wouldn't that look awesome? ...Now, make it happen! ;)

Outside of the derby, this shirt doesn't work. The average person who looks at this shirt will have a hard time deciphering this shirt without knowing that it is referring to amusement parks.

I've noticed that with many shirts over many derbies... when taken out of the context of the derby, the shirt doesn't really stand on it's own.

What bothers me, and bothered me about your original entry, is that your fetus is on top of the red bar. Had you moved the baby further up to her belly, the red bar could cross the entire image (as it should).

Even though you didn't get a good reason for your initial rejection, I suspect it was the inclusion of a fetus at crotch-level, which has not changed for this version. If that was it, you could still be rejected again. Birth is generally not a PG-experience, and this may flirt with the line woot sets.

sadly I agree that your comment has ruined everything and you should now pull the shirt. For one, it is most certainly just a woot reference shirt at this point. Before that, there was some mystique and social commentary. Alas, this is why I largely never read the 'liner notes' or interviews with artists about their work

if your intention was not to make this a no fat chicks shirt you could have easily fixed that by making the fat one a man, it would have looked better as well since the skirt looks weird on the fat one. this makes me thing that you really do just want a no fat chicks shirt snuck in there. to me now this shirt may look even worse now, since now you want no amputees and people with heart conditions but you will get "wet" on this ride. i think you just might have to face the facts on this one.
