Re: Two Queens

I think this is the first time I have actually commented on a design. This is absolutely gorgeous. I hope and pray it gets printed!!

Also, I really like the color it's done on. Gray would be too plain and I think blue would clash. I think this shade is very complimentary...not sure why others dislike it so much.

Make sure your image is set for 300dpi 4800x6000 max. (You can change the dpi it at anytime under "Image > Scale")

Input SPI: 300
Output LPI 30
Cell Size: 10

If you do your work at 150dpi 2400x3000

Input SPI: 150
Output LPI: 15
Cell Size: 10

If this is 100% zoom then you may be at 150dpi and did 30 LPI.

Also, not sure about the latest version of GIMP but in 2.4 (which is what I use), changing the Output LPI doesn't ever seem to update the preview window. I always have to bump the cell size for it to change.

Anyway, at 100% it should look more like the right.

I love simple designs, and I'm beginning to think that people get irritated when I talk about how awesome I am. Therefore, I would wear this.

Seeing the gap to the fog being what it is, I would like to echo this sentiment. Love the design, maybe woot will put it in a runner up derby, if not, please let us know if it prints somewhere else, I'm in for two.

I am just so enamored with this...

Droooooool...

Anyway, love the intricate detail contrasting with the rather nonplussed penguin in the foreground.

Definitely agree with the beer label idea. If I owned a brewery, I would buy this off of you.

I love all of your work.
These Queens are lovely, I especially love the Queen of Hearts and have been wishing to see her face. It took me this long to accept that I AM seeing her face, as reflected by the other Queen.

Deep! Mysterious and beautiful depiction of the 2 Queens.
