Waiting for a different look -- like the concept, but the glow's pretty much unwearable.

Which design was that?

If it's the one I think you're referring to, as far as I know it was never rejected. According to Shirt. What is was removed. You'd have to ask the artist(s) what the story is there.

CMDixon's entry with the cat and dog was called "tiger blood" when he entered it. Somebody on staff (I think llander) said something about it being pop culture. As far as I know, the artist took it down and re-subbed with a new title, I never saw it get rejected.

The design with the kids and the cart was the one that I did with Wences: D-I-Y-sneyland.

If they were all sitting on a toilet seat maybe. The thought crossed my mind, but I was trying to keep it classy.

so had some concerns about the daggers appearing as though they were in the skulls mouth. Tweaked and resubbed. Please if you voted before please vote again. Thanks.

here's a link to the tweaked 16x20 jpeg.

Well, I wanted to come up with a pun that I didn't think would get beaten into the ground by the other entries. Submitting a design without a pun in it was, of course, inconceivable.

Re: King Capuchin V2!

Resubbed with higher definition bananas. I also broke the border with the design as I thought that it looked too "boxed in".

I'm keeping the grumpy face because he is meant to look like one of those angry, stern dictators. Surrounded by wealth, but still unsatisfied.

Hope y'all like it, even if its not as cute (nothin' wrong with cute, though!)

Both very good edits. I like the monkey's expression: "Just try to take my bananas!"

Charmingly adorable. I enjoy her sleeves.

p.s. Critter under her dress doesn't bother me, it's cute and benign.

Is this the first time in shirt.woot history that a Derby Winning artist has been rejected on the day of his/her triumph?
