Re: Inspired by Rainy Souls
This design is inspired by 'Rainy souls', an entry by Patrickspens for the 'Woodcuts' derby.
Re: inspired by deep blue space
This isn't even a particular favorite of mine that you've done. But it's yours, and it's in the fog, so you get my vote. Hoping for a print!
teacookie wrote:if possible I would buy every penguin, bunny, panda and or cat shirt Ram has ever made at 25 dollars each might even splurge on 35 each. GIMMIE. why cause it puts a smile on our faces and I got a 7 year cousin who just had a birthday this week and I spent over 50 on penguin theme items from the zoo would of gotten more but they where out of a few items. he loves them they are cute and he likes the madagascar penguins.
See your one of those people who kills originality. What you're saying is you would pay a total of $70 for two shirts such as "cooler than you" and "imposter." It's like some sick "buy one, get another for the same price deal." Because I really need two of the exact same shirt. Most of his penguin shirts aren't even funny in the first place. This one is amusing but, doesn't make up for the fact that it's still one penguin who's different from the rest. Now I have a name to blame for previous derbies. Thanks a lot.
Re: inspired by spicy meal
woot voters seriously need to show some more love for the taco.
laggyg wrote:I absolutely love the style of this shirt, but I can't stand pink =/
GMV anyway of course because it is beautiful...I just wish the tree/paint was a different color
Thank you for your vote even though you don't like pink I was thinking cherry blossoms and spring for this design, and I did realize that pink wouldn't be for everyone. I don't wear pink unless its totally epic pink.
Thanks for the feedback! I've submitted like 6 derby entries and finally someone said something about my work - I appreciate it !

Re: Inspired by Bird-Powered Robot
So cute! I definitely enjoy. I especially love how the colors are complimented on the blue shirt. And the robot is so adorable.
Thank you JosephBush, burnapaperzach, ochopika.
Re: Inspired by Flora and Phonograph
artistic and very wearable. nice.
BlueEden wrote:It was not my intention to make any reference to Monsters Inc. I barley even remember the movie. So what just cause Monster Inc. made a movie about a blue monster I can never draw a blue monster?
Don't get me wrong. I didn't and won't tattle this, as I am not the arbiter of derby rules and I think that's kind of a boghogey thing to do anyway.
You drew a big blue hairy monster with horns coming out of a little girl's closet with thoughts of friendship. To me, that image evoked memories of Monsters, inc. It appears I'm the only one so far who thinks that.
adorable. I'd absolutely love one of these shirts

Re: Inspired by One of those days
Greatest shirt ever!
This MUST print! I had previously decided to lay off on my shirt purchases but I love the look of this shirt. Shading awesome and it almost looks like a really really cool stencil. Very wearable, and GMV.
Re: Inspired by Si Turtles
Love the colors and detailing.
DianaSprinkle wrote:I did think the little spider on the right was a tiny crab at first but that doesn't hurt anything. =D
I'd have to use a permanent marker to get rid of the spider.

Please win!!! my favorite design of all the entries :]
Wow. This is an amazing image. I would love to have this on a shirt.
Something kind of different as I've always liked that expression.
Re: Inspired by: The Devil is in the Details
Great concept and execution, but her face is kinda messed up in my opinion. I think it should look more pretty and elegant.
Re: Inspired By The Dandy Lion
Why is this shirt no longer in the fog!?!

Wooo, I'm glad you like it. I was wearing your original version a few days ago, it's one of my favorite green shirts.
How interesting that at a time when most people are sleeping this design is leaping forward with 50 votes. Pretty amazing after not advancing all that much during the first two days.
So good I would have to buy one for my husband too as I wouldn't want him to steal mine!
Re: Inspired by the night shift
There is something just right about a lion in a raincoat. Really cool design.

Thank you for your vote.
Re: Inspired by Loved by the Sea
The design has a beautiful flow to it, and I think it would make a fantastic kids tee (and probably for adults too, just not for me personally).
Re: Inspired by Modern Elephants (resubmitted)
The asphalt works great with your your toaster.( I liked it both ways.Very creative idea .)
