I'm really depressed that Science Class is so far down in this derby. This was probably my favorite shirt in the Science Fair derby and also one of my favorites (if not my most favorite) shirts in *this* derby.

As bass said, Travis explained that the HM's were assigned first. Some time after that as a spur of the moment thing, they decided to do a special print run.

They didn't think it was fair to eliminate it from the double take because it was not given a full print run. It was a special side print and therefore not eligible for the reckoning.

I really don't see any problem with woot's inclusion of the design in the double take and a certainly don't see anything wrong with bass keeping it in the running. She went above and beyond with this design which is really commendable.

Since you've bought something on woot before, there will be "I want one" at the top of the design right under the title of the shirt and the artist's name.

I REALLY thought this design would be in the Fog and possibly print this Double Take with the amount of support it received in its previous derby. As I stated on Tilteed, Kev, I really hope this robot gets printed sometime in the future. This was the most popular he's been so I thought it had a chance. I suppose it might still receive an honorable mention. I also hope Adder's comments there are foreshadowing for either this design or one of your robot designs to print in the future.

P.S. - I've been busy the past few derbies so was unable to really comment or discuss as much but I did vote for the robot designs you submitted. "Acquired Taste" and the cyber punk one are all I remember, but I must ask... Has our/your little robot put on some pounds?

I also think the shirt would be slightly more awesome and to the point with just the thumbnail image, but it's still funny the way it is. You wouldn't be happy getting triple penetrated through the eyes and mouth on a regular basis either. Poor electrical outlets...
