Re: Dinner For Two

Wait how is this a role reversal? I thought the children actually did throw the witch in the oven at the end of the story. I guess cause they are preparing to eat her? Cannibalism is cool though.

I really like the sort of tentacle-y look of the sun's rays. Very nicely done

Why thank you! I try to learn things.
Also, GIMP is really hard to work with compared to Photoshop. GIMP can't handle the 16x20 300dpi file size so my designs were always crunchy-looking.

8 bajillion colors. . . sometimes I really think people do this on purpose, like some sort of ode to the Gong Show.

I don't think that this is actually a role reversal. This actually happens.

I'm not sure how that question was unclear.

To clarify, have you ever submitted any art that was your own and not ripped off from somewhere else on the internet?

It's called grass. Green tends to be a harder color to design for, and that is maybe why you don't see it as much. I am actually a big fan of green and this is my favorite green woot offers. If it would look right, I would put all my woot design on this color

I really like your concept and execution. It may have been funny to see the hydrant fighting back with his water power rather than a lasso I've voted. Great Job.

Fairy tales are folk culture, not pop culture. That's my take on it, anyway.
