Mom is 15 miles further east.
Step sister is around a mile from her.
She has neighbors too. She has an extra garage and they have ATV's and jet skis and stuff they like to put in her garage.
In return they watch after her and shovel her snow....mostly because their snow blowers live in her garage too.

That will screw up transportation. Tons of trains go under it. Subway, trains from NJ.
