Edit to add: off to the optical store. Expensive (for me anyhow) frames - 3 years old, and this is the second time the "legs" - 1 of them anyhow - has come apart. Not where they are attached at the top, but where a plain piece is inserted into a fancy one about an inch back. They wanted to sell me new frames - told them no - so they charged $35 for "the Part". What is the heck could be a "part" - the little connection has a teeny screw. Feel like a fight. Growl and Go

Just ordered two Woot totes! So glad they put some of the designs on something besides T-shirts. Ordered the Binge one (I've loved that forever) and the new Woot question mark one.

I've switched to Zenni optical for all my eye-wear needs. Super super cheap frames/lenses. Some of them are even stylish.

Guess I ran off AZG - and I had more questions yet. Poof what do you proof? Sounds like a newspaper, or newsletter if reporters are involved. Something like the Nat. Enquirer (but I think they are in FL) - otherwise you could give us the latest and greatest gossip.

Had a friend who used a stenotype machine and typed up her own stuff. Probably - rather undoubtedly proofed it herself. That type of job would make me way nervous.

The stenotypy machines have changed tremendously over the years. When I started, they were all paper and the reporters dictated from the paper. I was doing transcribing then. With the advent of computers, it's to the point where the attorneys can read what they're typing (the computer translates their strokes) as they're typing it.

Can you look out a window yet? Yes, if I go to the other side of the office.

Klozit, I have ordered from Zimmi optical several times. I have been very happy with all my orders. I've paid less than the copay if I ordered from my ophthalmologist. He wanted over $300.00 for glasses I got from Zimmi for $54 or 55.

edit; Just got home from the last of three meetings. Going back to the beach tomorrow morning. Hubby says he want to leave at 5am.
