Re: The Original Benders

I would add a tint of red/orange to the dragon, white/silver/grey coloring in the moon, white/brown in the Flying Bison (we won't call it Appa since this is supposed to depict the ORIGINAL Bender and I'm pretty sure Appa wasn't born when the first airbending took place), and some Brown in the Badgermole.

I know you couldn't do all those colors, but perhaps red/orange/white/brown/silver would suffice. And I'm not saying completely fill them in, more like spray a light layer of color on them to give them that look that POPS so they are all easily distinguishable.

Re: 4 Ninjas of Color

"4 Ninjas of Color" is politically incorrect, It's "4 African-American Ninjas," or "Fo' o' M'ninjaz" in the street vernacular.

Nice design.

Foreshadowing is a literary device in which an author suggests certain plot developments that might come later in the story.

Very good job 4shadowing doomcat!

My original ninja's really did look like 4 African American's... I redrew them and contemplate changing my title just for that reason.

also "4" the record "Lionel" LIONEL... really? he's not a train. its LION-O.

blinddog3d wrote:gement wrote:
Other than claiming the subject is four years old, I don't see how this relates to the theme.

Not really, I thought the same thing and I thought it was presented in a "Matter of fact" manner. There is only one character on the design and saying he's only 4 years old is kinda stretching it. AND the artwork is second to SEVERAL ahead of him. Just "4" the record, the character's name is "Lionel" from the Thundercats.

I think you are the one trolling someone trying to ask a valid question. It's not all bunnies, lollipops, and gummibears, here at woot, even though that's what usually wins. People are battling for $1000. It's a checks and balance system. People that walk the tightrope are subject to question & review.

So, "Maybe check YOUR attitude" and don't get so defensive, this is war!
