Re: Stark Seasons
A little mythos for the derby Winter is coming. My entry is a representation of the four seasons in the frigid kingdom of Winterfell (Game of Thrones). The delicate snowflakes precede Winter's threat. The brittle grass of Spring heralds the thaw. The wave is Summer's triumphant return. The red leaves of the Weirwood remind us of our mortality and that Winter is just around the corner...
Good point. However- though he wasn't a founding father, he can be considered a forefather. I left founding out for that reason. I actually considered using only founding fathers, but good ol' Abe is so iconic, and the gag with the teddy bear was too good to pass up.

Re: The Fourth Horseman
I have collection of Ramy Reaper's...and would love adding this one to it!!
Re: apocalypse fourtold
pretty darn clever!
Are you still considered lucky, if everyone around you is luckier than you? Three colors on navy.
Re: Four Play
Got to love four play, at the tables!
Re: The Beetles - Abbey Road
I am surprise no one has link Alexmdc's threadless design here yet...
j5 wrote:LOL. Did you and Walmazan call each other to decide what to wear to school today?
Except Walza's designs are wearable by people other than 13 year old girls.
Ohhhh, very, very nice! Great shading and mood. This is an awesome entry!
Oxyminoan wrote:Except Walza's designs are wearable by people other than 13 year old girls.
An interesting argument, considering his designs are often most lady and kid friendly Just a little fun tidbit of information, but my shirts generally sell about 85% or more in men's sizes except in a few select cases. Make of that what you will.
Re: the four senses!
Police report there were no eyewitnesses.

GMV! Love love love the Game of Thrones relate, excellent representation of Winterfell and "Winter is Coming".

They did warn him, he'd shoot his eye out.
Re: Seasons
I enjoy this. I wish that winter had a bit more blue and a bit less green so that it contrasted more with spring, but it really is lovely.

kallinan wrote:More pressingly, it sure looks like water & earth got switched. I'd probably want fire diagonally opposite from water, not next to water. And it looks like the symbols for earth & water are also switched, at least if Wikipedia is correct. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classical_element#Classical_elements_in_Greece It's a great concept! I'd vote for it if those issues are fixed.
I've seen both but it looks like Wikipedia's version is more common. I'll resub when I get a chance. Thanks.
Here's what I see: Death standing on a horse that is laying down. The position and size of Death and the way the horse's legs are make this a bit awkward for me. It's like Death is a low budget circus performer. The expression on the horse's face is off to me. Maybe it would be better if he had teeth? In between Death's hand and the penguin, there is something that looks like a loch ness monster with udders.
Re: Fundamental Force!
Hey thanks guys! Of course their nemesis is Dr Stephen Hawking, who wants to combine the team into one unified force. ::shakes fist:: Hawking!
Re: horses
I can't tell if this is pro or anti horse shiatsu. It's an important issue, that's for sure. :^)
Re: [url=http://shirt.woot.com/Derby/Entry.aspx?id=54768]Fluffy
After watching the Marshmallow monster fall in the hands of the humans, these 4 are looking for a sweet and spongy revenge.
This is by far the best four horsemen design by a very large margin.
Re: Four for four
I get the Tom Baker, 4th Doctor, jelly babies ref - but I can't place the parody... is it a specific comic strip? Sorry, I'm British. (that should be my sig)

The dotted path has a very "Family Circus" feel to it. I like it.
Re: Four relics
Just leave it there, doc.
Little wandering Jeffy, from the aforementioned comic strip (though really it's a circle, not a strip).

I'm shooting for that screaming monkey! I figured being the woot birthday, it might be the mystery icon. I'm working on 4 Musketeers. See ya in a couple of hours. BlindDog3D
Re: 4 Cups in a Quart
If I had this shirt, I might actually be able to remember! Cute concept!
Re: El Cuarto Jinete
Really nice man , love the depth and the horse big time , +1
Re: CMYK Road
Boy, that's disappointing. Spent a lot of time on this, too.
My prediction? We have a winner and the first black t-shirt in my closet. What? No, I'm no racist. I also discriminate against creme and lemon. Can you make a creme shirt I would buy, RAMYB? No? I didn't think so.
Re: Four Classmates
This is absolutely adorable. Wish the shirt color was different, though. :/ Still GMV
Re: Four o'clock quartet
I like the technique.
definitely a timely design. well done.
