Did you deliberately use the color palette of the covers of the old Childcraft books from the 40s-50s? This design and palette evoke mid-century children's illustrations. Great stuff.

wow everything above the bottom of the skirt looks really good but everything below the bottom of the skirt looks horrible!!!! the legs and feet don't match the rest of the body at all and the feet just look bad!!! sword also looks bad....what happened??? it was looking good then it looks like you gave up towards the bottom.

You might want to be careful using the Trollface image. Recently a few websites have been getting copyright notices and have taken it off there site.
