SPOILER ALTERT:

***** dies.

Actually in total, 51 significant characters die in the series. Sad.

Seriously though, I love this shirt and I'm buying it. Grats!

It's nice to see an original take on the series of the potter shirts around the net.

I'm concerned. Those little animal wizards look a bit young to be conjuring up alcohol.

Very timely design, and extremely well executed too. I know nothing of Harry Potter, but I knew that this was a Harry Potter shout-out right away. Thus, I give a congratulatory shout-out to Stardamsel on the print!

With the miserable heat wave here in NYC, it's obscenely early to be thinking about xmas. Nonetheless, this is so cute I can't help but pick one up for my younger sister + hold onto it until December.

We grew up on Harry Potter together (one of the VERY few things we've ever agreed upon) so hopefully this will bring back some fond memories and keep sibling rivalry at bay for a couple of hours, at least!

*sigh*

I am geeky enough that I feel the need to point out that the House symbol-animal for Ravenclaw is, oddly enough, an Eagle, not a Raven.

I'm sorry.

Keep in mind the last movie just came out, so it'll probably slow down soon, even if it doesn't stop.

Glad to see the scarf colours match the book, *not* the movie. Had to buy two - my cousin is mourning the loss of her childhood after seeing the final Harry Potter movie.

I love this shirt, even though I have never read the books(no time) I really liked the movies.
This will be my first "shirt"woot ever. Plenty of woots in the last 3 yrs but first shirt yay!
Anyways I just wanted to know how the womens sized shirts fit? Are they like "baby T" style or just like an everyday t-shirt?
This would kinda make a difference in what size I want to order.

The other three are focused on the mug, but Hufflepuff doesn't care.

Don't the yellow feet on this bird make it a baby eagle and not a raven? I'm not sure. I just google image searched baby eagles and didn't see any as dark as this, but I think the feet might make it an eagle...?

Dear Stardamsel,

I love your shirts and this will be the second (or maybe third) one I have bought. I will continue to buy your shirts and vote for the ones I like in the derbies, but I would appreciate it if you would consider each or my purchases as a contribution to a fund which supports moving you and any other members of your household down to the civilized side of Lake Pontchartrain.

Slidell's current city motto is "Slidell, at least we're not Pearl River"

After all, what are you gonna miss? North Shore Square Mall?

Sincerely, Tenkin

Maybe it's a Black Eagle? The eagle on the crest looks dark anyway.. that could be our excuse if wearing the shirt.

Does this help any?

stardamsel wrote:Thanks for the feedback, you guys! :-D

@ jadeirene: Well actually, it's a young dark brown eagle. I thought about giving him the classic bald eagle's white head -- but he's too young for that. Plus, maybe he's not a bald eagle? ...also, I think a raven would have a black beak and black feet :-)

@ paigeg: I hear ya. Thx for bearing with me! ;-)

They are american apparel shirts and are cut "slim"
My sister wears a large and would otherwise be a size 8/10 top. She's not built anywhere near that snorg tees girl, IYKWIM.

So cute, I'm in for one! Very much the same way I felt about "The Epic Begins", a design which would have been a contender in this derby as well! To the artist, I say thanks for keeping the creativity of the Potterverse alive. And to the Harry-haters out there, a suggestion: Draco Dormiens Semper Titillandus!
