Time again for another march toward t-shirt doom! Discuss this week's life-or-death struggle for sales supremacy as chronicled on the Reckoning page all week long.

Here's how the Reckoning week runs now: every Tuesday at midnight, we retire the previous week's lowest-selling shirts and launch this here discussion thread. Tuesday around noon we'll post the all-new, all-early Reckoning Recon. On Friday, we'll juice demand and prime the pump with a little weekend reminder post. Finally, on the following Monday, the Day of Reckoning post sounds the last call for the Reckoned shirts. All of those posts will be linked below. Monday night (or Tuesday morning), it starts all over again. The Reckoning, she is a hungry beast...

Well we lose a Princess Bride reference shirt for this reckoning and gain a Holy Grail one. Not completely comparable, but probably close enough.

Okay, let's see if I've learned anything from Master Narf. Even though BBQ has sold more than Red, it's been up one day longer, which makes its daily sale rate lower. Am I reading that correctly?

It also depends on how many shirts were sold on their first day (those aren't counted for the daily sale rate).

Most definitely.

Since I fared well last week, I'll give it a go again.

1. The Binge will remain at #2. Black Knight will move up to #3.
2. Minor Modifications will finally fall.
3. Unstealthiest Ninja will survive another week, but will remain near the bottom.
4. Smarter than the Average Bear will claw its way out of the Danger Zone, but won't get far.
5. You Can't Catch Me will try but fail to escape the Danger Zone.

Bonus!
6. Heavy Metal will fail to break 500 sold.

Black Knight has some legs! I'm a Python fan, but not fanatical enought for the shirt. I hope you're wrong about Catch Me. Minor Modifications [I own one copy] keeps suprising me even with the RamyB fan base.

Let's hope so. As we know, it shouldn't have survived last week.

Adder did set one pony fan straight, though. Either that, or scared him (her) running away from Woot now.

And yay! - WootBot is on time this week.

... and now for something completely unrelated to this week's reckoning, I finally figured out the name to a woot.shirt that I found @ Goodwill. Offensive Robot. A bad brain, a good heart, and an offensive stub down low.

Which begs the question ... who was the one that decided the design was worthy on beta woot.shirt?! I mean, my Foamy Undermines Conventional Knowledge shirt, complete with the acronym, is more wearable in public than this!

Smarter Than The Average Bear just crawled into the mailbox and I'm happy to report that all of the math is readable, not that that will please the lady buyers who'll have to put up with guys [or gals] trying to read the fine print.

By the date on the discussion thread, apparently so. And this post refers it as a beta. And it's not on shirtwhat.

About the unwearable aspect ... that's just personal opinion. The print's isn't in too great of shape, and there's definite wash wear (dryer dried), so whoever had it before it was donated definitely wore it. Different strokes for different folks, I suppose.

I got to pimp out shirt.woot for the first time today! I was wearing my Killer Penguin shirt (awesome) and the cashier at the deli I had dinner at complimented my shirt on how cool it was, and asked where I got it from! I told him I got it from shirt.woot, but didn't have the heart to tell him it got reckoned last week.

Mention that one of the features of Woot is exclusivity - unlike THIS, Woot shirts eventually go away [Nevermore and The Binge excepted].

Numbers! And if there's another shirt that's bound to have some longevity, it's Acquired Taste. Its sales numbers so far puts it on track to move up another notch or two before this reckoning's end.

I got that shirt as a random and gave it to my girlfriend. That is the beauty of the random shirts. You may receive something reckoned...or you might get something you already paid for like I did.
