Re: the elephant king ....Heavy!!

Nicely done, cute and great rendering! I would have loved to see this on a different colored shirt though. It kind of washes out the main focus, the elephant, and draws the eye to the bright colored rock instead.

Re: A Rough Ride

This is definitely a fun concept but I can't get past the structure issues with the drawing. Please take this as constructive crits cause I think you could make this look so much better: the lion's limbs look like noodles, the paws are really different sizes, and no one holds a book that way. Do you draw through when you sketch? Then you'd notice how odd that left shoulder looks. If he didn't have a mane the head would look really off centre.

I concur. This thing is simply jaw dropping. I want it framed and hanging on the wall.

Re: The Hunt

While I agree it's beautiful, I wonder if twe eyes would have had a stronger psychological impact? It would be great if the shirt was unnerving to everyone around; if we felt hunted when we saw it on someone. Did you try it as two eyes?

Y'know, I wish woot would add tanks. I don't wear tees with something on them; all my shopping here is for my 10 yo son and rarely for my daughter.

It would be pretty difficult to do two eyes and keep the same level of detail. And besides, there's the whole awkward placement issue.

Not sure why they couldn't- it is within the specs: 5 colors, halftones at 30 LPI

Yeah. i got so caught up in my other entry design that i forgot to start off the comments...oops.

one fun bit of info (hope this doesnt get me rejected) is that the hyenas are VERY subtly in the shape of the letters L-O-L.

Re: African traditions

It's cute & funny, but that isn't an African tradition. It's a south-east Asian one--specifically, the Karen people of Thailand/Burma. Africa isn't without its own rich history of body modification, but this just isn't one of them.

Sorry.

Absolutely stunning.

I disagree with the comment about having 2 eyes because they would likely become the dreaded boobie circles.
