Thanks for the sleep instructions! I don't know what time I am on actually! Got up at 8AM and turned clock back to 7AM - gotts go get the dog out of hock. Cat is ignoring me as usual. Need a few groceries, then maybe I can nap this afternoon. Much harder to come from west to east imo. Have a great day everybody.

Eating back the calories you burn is ok. I quit losing weight when I tried eating too much less--the body finds way to conserve. What works best for me is to figure out how many calories I need to burn for my 'happy' weight, then exercise to allow an additional 600-800 calories in a day.

Uh-huh. And it's there. But when I click on what's there, I get the window to download it. If I click on that, it tells me it's already downloaded.
