Up this AM in SEA at 5 AM - arrived airport here at 9 PM - drove 70 miles and checked phone messages. Turned on computer - would not boot properly (it is hardly ever turned off). Finally got it all straightened out by doing a system restore as a last resort. Its l.ll AM - I am tired. Just stopped in to say hi to everyone.

Glad you are home safe! I hope it was a most wonderful visit. Get some good rest!

edit: Welcome home Klosit! I had a board member with that nerve whatchmacallit. She would pass out for what looked like no reason. I thought she was dead. Scared me to death.

Thanks for the sleep instructions! I don't know what time I am on actually! Got up at 8AM and turned clock back to 7AM - gotts go get the dog out of hock. Cat is ignoring me as usual. Need a few groceries, then maybe I can nap this afternoon. Much harder to come from west to east imo. Have a great day everybody.

Happy Hump Day y'all. Sunny again.

Got a busy evening ahead. Have to get all the stuff put up from remodeling the entertainment cabinet. Gonna try to get the last of the ex's stuff packed away before son comes home too. And laundry.

All this talk of paint and workman (poof) and yet NO pictures.

Eating back the calories you burn is ok. I quit losing weight when I tried eating too much less--the body finds way to conserve. What works best for me is to figure out how many calories I need to burn for my 'happy' weight, then exercise to allow an additional 600-800 calories in a day.

Missed the bag. I had to pick up Daughter2's new contacts. Her prescription improved. No wonder the doc wants to see her next week to re-check them. Got to fix lunch. Hubby is starving.

Uh-huh. And it's there. But when I click on what's there, I get the window to download it. If I click on that, it tells me it's already downloaded.
