Re: Swedish Chef

I agree with the other comments of a little too much black line inking (I've noticed that in your other drawings too), but I think this is a nice piece none the less. Just let the colors suggest details with shadows and highlights, you pencil sketches are very nice too +1

Re: cthulhu sauce

I really like the idea behind this one, plus it's riffing off my favorite hot sauce so bonus. I think it would have been a little nicer if the label had been scaled down just a bit and maybe a little more detail and or a more watercolored style on Mr C. Great job though. +1

Re: It's Cookin' Time!

As always great coloring and line work. I gotta be honest and like some others I don't see much of a connection to this particular derby theme, but hey, I guess Woot does Keep it up man!

TNG is my favorite show of all time. I remember watching it as a kid, and being the eldest, forcing my younger sisters to watch it with me. I had just turned 12 when "All Good Things..." aired; it just amazes me to think back and realize just how young I was when I was watching and crushing on Data. Was I really such a huge nerd?!

Re: Family breakfast

Thanks everyone for the comments, suggestions and votes! Glad the extra work on this design paid off- I know no design will ever be perfect, but I did my best to make the design work given the constraints of the derby. I actually debated for a long time about whether to write world's greatest dad or galaxy's greatest dad, but decided to go with world since it is an easily recognizable type of apron that a regular father could wear- I was trying to go for as ordinary a family scene as possible here I'm glad so many people have enjoyed this design, it was a blast to make it.

And he's quite a bit heavier too... no chance of leaping out I think. Poor mouse!

I really really love the pun/reference here! I remember watching looney toons when I was little. =)

I don't always buy the shirts I vote for, but when I do it'll be this one that takes $10 off my hands.

I got Portal 1 for free from Steam, then immediately borrowed a friend's copy of Portal 2. And then went as Chell (the main character) for Halloween. I would love some companion cube cake! Definitely +1 for this design.

I just wanted to say that, while I understand why your shirt was rejected, it is an awesome shirt. If those are your drawings, and I assume they are since that's what you said, you did a fabulous job with this.

thanks! I agree with you that more detail on Cthulhu would have been good, I finished this one pretty late and it felt done to me at the time. I like the large size on this but I can see that it could turn some people off. Thanks for the help!

Nothing follows.
