I believe that in some states, retailers are required by law to calculate tax based on the price before a discount or coupon is applied. If that is not the case in your state, perhaps woot does it for all states that have sales tax so they don't have to worry about whether they're complying with the laws or not? There's no sales tax on clothing in my state, so I'm just guessing - someone else might be able to confirm or deny my theory.

My thoughts exactly... chest size and length seem to be the two most common issues that lady wooters have with the women's size shirts, and most men don't have to worry about the former problem.

this is just for my curiosity, because i'm well beyond the women's sizes, but i've heard it said several times that part of the issue with the women's sizes is the lack of stretch. are the women's made of the same material as the men's? one of my favorite things about the AA shirts in the stretch. i get the same size as i do other shirts from stores and places and they are overall a bit smaller and more form-fitting, but because they do stretch they are less constrictive in the boob area. or is the issue that women's shirts in general are more stretchy that men's and therefore what is fairly stretchy for a men's shirt is not so for a women's?

PS as a ++.size woman I get 2-3x shirts, so I have extra room in them on top, the woman's shirts on any tee site never ever fit me, if this helps anyone for the future, not tmi, just for future ref....

Okay so I ordered the couldnt care less bear shirt on november 5th for my friend whose birthday is on november 29th... It has yet to show up to my house! Anybody know why? It says my order has been shipped so I dont know whats goin on.

I just became aware about this site a few days ago and already getting lucky.
Just placed my first woot-order.
Had to order three, then the five bucks of shipping spreads out over those tees. It's what you normally pay these artsy no-no-wannabe's for not even one shirt! Now that's what I'm talking about. I hope I'll like 'em now. xD

Many times there is a differnce between fabrics for men and women, but I've never noticed any difference between the men's and women's AA shirt fabrics. If I think about it when I go home, I'll give them a quick stretch test.

I would say most women's shirts are fairly stretchy, especially if they are made to be form fitting. Clothing without much stretch does not lay or move with you as nicely and can bunch up in unattractive ways. A bit of stretch can help a garment work for a wider variety of body types too (women have a lot of diffences! eg. torso length and how the chest/waist/hip measurements are related).

Every other form fitting t-shirt I have has a good amount of horizontal stretch which matters a lot for the chest and hip areas; woot shirts have comparatively next to none.

Unless you went for the overnight shipping, it will take a while. Assuming you have the tracking number, just track it and you can watch it all the way until it shows up to the door (use USPS when it gets handed off to them).

If you don't have the tracking number, click My Account and then the order. The tracking number should be listed.

To random or not to random...did 6 randoms last month and they were all decent. There are a lot in this batch of Reckonings that I don't love, so I think it would be tempting fate.

On the other hand, the ones I don't like might make great White Elephant gifts at Christmas.

I hope they include the woot shirts they made in their youtube video on how they make their shirts - with the monkey on it. I would really love one of those.

Also, do they not sell out of certain sizes anymore? I remember not to long ago- if you wanted a M L or XL after 1pm you were SOL.

Do they look at your recent shirt buying history to (at least) try and not send you a shirt you've already purchased? I bought a couple of shirts relatively recently out of the reckoning, and wonder what my chances are of getting the same shirt-

I mean, like the girl in a $10 shirt is gonna be okay getting the same shirt again for $6.66, I mean, Come On!

Nope. No one is going to carefully peruse over every wooter's past orders to see what they have or have not purchased.

For all the randoms I've bought over time, the only repeat I got was A Rotten Prognosis. I have traded for duplicates of other shirts, however.

Do you think we have a chance at getting one of those monkey shirts from the "How Woot Works Vid" or is that a shirt from the past that I have forgotten about.
