Would be even more awesome if you guys could print the image, and the pocket shadows, onto an actual pocket tee. Get after it, woot!...I'll wait.

Another quality design. Looks like Ramyb loves taking my money, maybe he will see me and my Koala around since I live in Baltimore too!

Marsupial. Pocket. Get it?

Just know that the pocket is a lie, though ...

I love being able to recognize a ramyb design before see the designer name.

The main reason I bought this shirt is because my last name is a terrible word jumble for 'Koalas'

Koala's in Kolasa's Pocket. I'm gonna tell that 'joke' until I have no friends left.

I think the other commentors in the Derby made an excellent point regarding the over-saturation of the "THING in my pocket" shirts already out there.

Pass.

I've got something in my front pocket for youuuuuu. Why dont your reach on in, and see what it is?

It's the cutest infestation ever. Way better than cockroaches.

I can only guess that this is a "There's a Wocket in My Pocket" reference.

Mitch Hedberg reference FTW!

YYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWNNNN

Sorry, I'm just SO SLEEPY from all that eucalyptus I've been eating. What? No, it wasn't meant as a commentary on this shirt at all. Why would you even ask such a crazy question?

"Don't just slap a koala on a t-shirt and call it a day."

It's only half a koala, no problem!

Indeed. That koala seems awfully ... happy to be chilling in someone's pocket. It's like he's camped out there ... pitched his little tent + all.

Sorry ... maybe I'm immature, but there's no way I'm gonna keep from snickering like a 7th grader if I ever see someone wearing this in public. O_O

It's past 1am where you are ... so you have a legitimate comment. ^_^

Number one in the derby named Australia? Isn't that the country that kinda looks like a gorilla wearing a fez?

For those lady wooters out there, please be aware of exactly where the placement of this design is on your body.

Also be aware that there are guys out there who may not, in fact, be checking out those eucalyptus leaves...

So what are we going to have tomorrow, a shirt with a Kangaroo pouch?

bluejester

quality posts: 530 Private Messages bluejester

I could be wrong in this, but I think this is the first design I've seen in a month or so that has had something other than design placement as centered.

Can anyone verify this?

If so, kudos to Ramyb for breaking the "centered" streak.

I was in support of Ramyb getting the print... but my post was deleted. Presumably because I quoted someone linking a similar design, which was also deleted.

Ah well, so much for free speech.

That's a better thing to have in a shirt pocket than pens and a pocket protector!

Original concept on Threadless. It's a bird in a pocket.

Here's the same concept, but with MUPPETS!

http://www.threadless.com/product/3376/You_Call_That_a_Pocket?from=shirtwoot

Odds are, I probably already bought today's Shirt Woot... hahaha. I <3 Threadless :D If you need discounts for TL, just PM me! I AM NOT AFFILIATED WITH THREADLESS, I DO NOT WORK FOR THEM, I DO NOT REALLY CARE ABOUT THEM. I JUST LIKE GOOD LOOKING DESIGNER SHIRTS AND I LIKE PAYING GOOD PRICES !!!

Yeah - no kidding.

The weekly artists need to just bookmark this entry and pull it out the next time the rejectionator strikes, since it's pretty obvious that the rules don't matter for some artists, whether it's weekly rules ("Don't just slap a koala on a t-shirt and call it a day.") or the general rules (no copies/near-copies of existing designs - particularly ones at rival sites). In this case, in particular, there were near-identical designs at *every* rival site.

I'll pass on this design and every other Ramyb design that ever wins.

I feel like this shirt would look odd on those of us women who have slightly larger busts.

Love it, although the gray eucalyptus stem was probably not the best call. However, I can now say something like "is that eucalyptus in my pocket or is this koala just happy to see me".

Pros: The pills were there.
Cons: So was the tank.
