I thought the lawyers vetted this stuff very tightly and usually the Rejectionator is pretty knee-jerk - I'm suprised that something got through that would raise the hackles of some other company's lawyers.

It means no more ugly commute in the morning (2-1/2 hours on Thursday, 1 hour on Friday) for me.

Since many schools are out for winter break yesterday, I hope the afternoon traffic lightens up the next two weeks too. The 30 minute afternoon commute home did sort of offset the morning commute.

Maybe this is something you already knew, but I did some of my own numbers tracking this week, and based on the point at which Bake It So overtook Epic Fail, I suspect that Woot's future based DSR number only includes half of Monday. i.e., For the purpose of this reckoning woot says BIS had 7.5 days of sales factored in, and not 8.

It's tjost who gets hit with the double whammy reckoning hammer this week, but the cake and Link will likely have familiar company in Reckoning Heaven come next week. Then again, with Cotton Armor disappearing, maybe it won't be quite as brutal as it could have been.

Congrats to stardamsel for just squeaking by Epic Fail for 20th place!
