I'm glad it's on black, I hate blue. I can see this on theme, there are a handful of other shirts in the derby right now that I can't see the motivation even after the explanation, so this design is fine in my book.

I hope it wins, it would be my first buy of the year!

Really nice. It's something 'typical', but you made it look unique and even a little edgy. I never really wanted to wear a big flower on a shirt, but now I do.

If you were going to try another color as someone suggested, lemon, grass and baby blue come to my mind.

I'm sorry, but this has nothing to do with the theme. If someone saw it randomly on the street, "motivation" would be the last thing that would come to their mind. Don't get me wrong, I think it looks cool, but as you yourself said, it's "just random scribbles".

IMO- You should resub without the shadow and see how well this does. I think you may be pleasantly surprised.

That's how I saw it, it's very cute stuffed animal looking compared to the more realistic tortoise
