It's going to be a long week. Having the bifocals put in my existing glasses, so I gave them to the lab. Got contacts to use in the mean time, but I haven't worn the stupid things in 8 years or so. My eyes are not overly happy with me at this point. Been wearing them since 8am PST.

Anyone here found a good online place? I'd like to get a cheap back up set at some point as well.

Me too. I saw an announcement this AM and then totally forgot it. I am motivated after all these years to get rid of a lot of stuff -mostly old tax records, just junk really. I put out another 13 bags of stuff tonight.

KtC: I have ordered several pairs of glasses from Zimmi Optical. Worked great. I can get the glasses for less than my co-pay if I got them from my Optometrist.

Morning. Pouring here, got wet even with the big umbrella. And was almost run over by a construction truck who completely failed to stop or even slow down at the stop sign/pedestrian cross walk. He was going fast enough that in the gloom I couldn't get his plates, or I'd be reporting him. Grrr.

Yes, and it's good. Cheapest place for good meat, more likely to have some less common ingredients. Bakery is nothing special, though.
