Use the regular search,find the book you want and open it. If it's available for lending, there are 2 buttons--one to buy, one to lend.

I don't know if they're Kindle titles, or just e-books, but our local library has some sort of system in place where you can check out digital books as well as audiobooks. Wife has been playing with the system since I gave her an Android tablet for Christmas.

Personally, I'd say to look and see what the local library has to offer before jumping in with Amazon Prime. If you don't shop Amazon enough for the free shipping to cover the membership cost, you're probably better spending the money to borrow books from the library and streaming movies from NetFlix.

It's been pouring rain here all day.

Poor husband. Went to his dentist for a root canal this morning that his dentist thought he could do. Got in there and decided he needed a specialist. Has to go to someone else this afternoon. And the someone else isn't in our network. Bummer.

I order enough stuff from Amazon to make it well worthwhile to have Prime. I even order my Puff tissues by the case. Cheaper than in the stores. And coffee.

Okay, another question. I have Yahoo email. As of last night I can't open attachments. It does the window where it's checked for viruses, then when I click on "continue," it does some stuff at the bottom like it's going to open, but I never get the window to click "open." I can forward it to another email address and open them. Any ideas?

Do you use the scheduling option? I've thought about it, but there really isn't much that I reliably use amount per month.

Hope PoofGuy's root canal goes well. Amazing how the procedure can vary. First one was a nightmare, second one I was up and about 30 minutes later with no pain.
