Honestly, that's all I ever go for. I never submit thinking I'm going to win, I just want to make people laugh.

ChaosDoctor07 wrote:If someone could explain how this fits under the Derby theme of "questionable or mundane" or "dubious honors", that would be wonderful, as I currently do not see it at all.

It's a dubious honor because there isn't a trainer out there that would ever believe that someone else could be the very best, like no one ever was. I certainly don't believe that.

I love this because it reminds me of a propaganda recruitment poster.

lilgreymouse wrote:I didn't mean the cadet's uniform. The shirt being handed to the cadet is a TNG style red uniform. And if it's the new alternate timeline, it's even worse cause the TNG shirt wouldn't even exist yet!

I agree. A true historic event. And the illustration excellent.

I wish I could vote twice. Once for the design, which I love the dainty napkin use by the second cat.

And a second time for this comment. It takes a special kind of goofiness and hilariousness to make me laugh out loud.

Got my vote once again Wences.

If I remember right, you could play the song of time backwards to slow down time by half ;)

Hands down my favorite zelda game; such an interesting core mechanic and such a beautiful world! And by FAR the most developed and multidimensional antagonist! Too bad its receiving its homage from ramy... and putting navi instead of tatl is just frustrating.

Oh, so you found mythical creatures, and instead of proving it, you just beat them up? Even the pure and gentle ones like unicorns? Well, I guess that makes you an honorary Myth Buster. Congrats..?

Spiritgreen wrote:Thanks for the renewed support! I know it's a lot to ask as it's been rejected from the fog twice now. :p

I don't KNOW, but my guess it's rejected due to IP infringement. Mario and Zelda are copyright Nintendo, and they're fierce about protecting their 2 biggest cash cows.

Perhaps a better way to go w/ this same concept would be some chess pieces on a backgammon board or something like that.

It's dubious that what we breathe here in SoCal is actually oxygen ...

(OK, it's not that bad nowadays, but it was definitely horrendous through the 80's when first stage smog alerts were the norm.)

Oh my goodness, durian!!! Those are so heinous. I once got some durian crackers just for grins. Man they were so nasty. We left the open package right outside our apartment door as kind of a joke on the neighbors (noisy college kids). We came out the next day to see someone had taken one, bitten off a tiny piece, then put it right back. HAH!

Great shirt, artulo!

A special edition 'smog' version could be printed using grey ink for 'extreme' breathers such as yourself Narfcake.
