I am a little surprised this one got rejected. I'm not sure how stringent Pokemon is with trademarks, but I don't think this design screams "POKEMON" to the extent that it would risk legal action for Woot.

I had to get away from the whole clothing angle in case that was what got it rejected (since a number of those exist). I tried to take a different angle on it. If they consider the word "potty" and a drawing of a toilet to be "super gross or offensive" then I live in the wrong decade.

In the grand scheme of things, it doesn't matter. 9 votes on a Tuesday isn't going to get my back into the fog.

I just made this account I read the whole thing but I thought it wouldnt be a problem because im the owner of the website and I just made this shirt but havent printed it out if thats the case I might at well take the t shirt off my site for now so I wont get in trouble but if I dont win the derby imma put it back on my site because I dont see nothing wrong with it.
